At The Change In Me, Kelly will work with you to develop a CUSTOMIZED plan for reaching your goals and making changes and will introduce you to life-long tools to assist along your journey.

Kelly is a certified LiveWell Health Coach and certified Rev Fit Instructor. (Revelation Wellness) She also has a PSAP certification and a degree in Counseling with a minor in Addiction/Recovery and Biblical Studies and years of experience walking beside women in the
following areas:

•  creating healthy structure in daily routine 

• betrayal in marriage from addiction (infidelity) - (APSATS-BTRL trained)

• history of sexual abuse

•  struggles with their own areas of addiction

•  setting healthy boundaries

• finding freedom from unhealthy relationship with food

• Spiritual Growth - Identity in Christ

 She is passionate in helping women find freedom from this bondage and has a heart for empowering women to find their identity in Christ..
