What is Genesis Process?

This is a 20 Process, guide that blends biblical principles with the understanding of how our brain works, how trauma effects us, and how to make more than just behavioral change, but to create deep lasting emotional change, growth and maturity.
Community - Groups
YOU ARE NOT ALONE! We are often wounded in relationship, but we also heal in relationship. I have led groups of many kinds for over 10 years. I find that many people that feel "stuck" are also often in a place of isolation: often, physically isolated and feeling alone in their struggle. However, even the most outgoing person can feel the emotional isolation, hiding behind masks, truly afraid to be authentically themselves. In a culture filled with comparison and isolated by social media and busy lifestyles - it is in the slowing down, and truly connecting with others IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT, that we can even begin to become emotionally aware and dive into the places that we need healing and growth. THE GOAL: learning to live IN our identity in Christ!

My role is to adhere to group guidelines, creating a safe community, accountability, and guide you on your journey of self-discovery. You will learn practical, life-long tools that will impact every relationship and situation, and help you become more emotionally aware.
