As someone who has battled with disordered eating, (emotional eating), trying every diet and diet plan I could to try to lose weight, as successful as I could be in losing weight, I seemed to always find myself falling back into old habits.
The concepts behind Revelation Wellness were exactly what I needed. Going back to basics, learning God's design for my body, His view of me, learning to understand why my body responds the way it does, and so much more, led to freedom in this area. The road isn't perfect, but having community and learning together is so helpful to know you're not alone. So many people struggle in this area. There is so much conflicting information out there, a person can get overwhelmed and tend to do nothing.

I am not what the world would visualize as a fitness instructor. I do love to workout, and I know that moving my body is a gift. I also know many people feel just like me. That is one reason I became a fitness instructor was to be the example that you don't have to be a certain body type to move your body. Any movement is good movement. Showing up for yourself is a gift! Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. Let's get the outside to shine with what is going on on the inside!
