What is included:

Start with 3 One-to-One Sessions to set the stage of healing.
15 weeks of Group work in "The Wellness Revelation." Weekly meetings (group of 6.)
Focus on Healthy Rhythms, Structures and Mindset. A Mind, Body, Soul approach.
14 weeks of Group Work in "The Body Revelation." Let's look at the lies we believe about our GOOD Bodies, and replace it with how God views our body and how/what He designed it for.
26 weeks in Group Work of "The Genesis Process - Change Group." A deep dive into the wounds of the past, Core False Beliefs, and making PRACTICAL weekly changes with accountability. Ending with a solid plan to maintain these changes. (and much more)
Conclude with 2 final One-to-One Coaching Sessions to conclude.

60 weeks of Change - Releasing Codependency

What is included:

Start with 3 One-to-One Sessions to set the stage of healing.
15 weeks of Group work in "The Wellness Revelation." Weekly meetings (group of 6.)Focus on Healthy Rhythms, Structures and Mindset. A Mind, Body, Soul approach.
14 weeks of customized content regarding co-dependency, love addiction, past unhealthy sexual experiences, and sexual trauma. We will work towards replacing previous negative messages about sexuality, and replace it with God's design for intimacy. Group work with 6 others.
26 weeks in Group Work of "The Genesis Process - Change Group." A deep dive into the wounds of the past, Core False Beliefs, and making PRACTICAL weekly changes with accountability. Ending with a solid plan to maintain these changes. (and much more)
Conclude with 2 final One-to-One Coaching Sessions to conclude.
Also included - 18 One-to One Coaching sessions

All Groups used in the 60 week Change package have a Biblical perspective as well as understanding behind the physiological aspects of how our bodies respond to pain, trauma, discomfort and coping.
